SPEECH CONTEST IN ENGLISH, ICHO FESTIVAL, 1 MAY 2016

Congratulations to Miss Nana Chishima, the Highest Award Winner, at the first Speech Contest in English, organized by CAREN, which took place at Osaka University’s Icho Festival, 1 May 2016.

The theme of the contest was what Osaka University should do to help carry the message of internationalization across our campuses and to the world. How can Osaka University shine on the international stage?

Timing Speech: 5 min or less. Q&A: 5 mins or less
Presentation Students may rely on slides/images during their presentation. Please keep in mind that the 5 minutes allowed is only long enough for 3-4 slides. We encourage speakers to use as few slides as possible. One slide could be with the speaker’s title and affiliation.
Note for application

Students are asked to write around 200 words (maximum) about their speech during signup. This information will be considered for the preliminary selection.
